Our business was founded out of a deep passion for serving the community. As a 3rd generation resident of White Lake, MI. Mike Riepen is deeply rooted in the area. We serve the local community, we hire within the local community, and we give our patronage to the local community!

Not just in serving our customers but also understanding that I serve my employees. My job as an owner is to assure that my employees have the knowledge and the tools to be successful in achieving their goals. Which means I also take the time to try and understand what their goals are so i can do my best to help them get there. The same is true when it comes to my friends and family.

I HIGHLY recommend Mike and MDTH Services! We hired MDTH to soft wash our home and clean our walkways. He showed up on time and was extremely thorough in his cleaning. I had no idea what a difference it would make, and was nervous as I had just finished installing mulch a few days before, but WOW!! I was beaming for hours after because I was so pleased with the results and the whole experience! Our brick, vinyl, pavers and cement walk and drive all look fantastic!
